Marco Florian Painting

I highly recommend Marco Florian for your construction project. He has worked on our properties for the past 10 years always doing an excellent work. He has remodel our bathrooms and kitchens, painting, tiling, cabinet, etc. He remodeled one of our old Victorian properties making a beautiful modern open floor, which is beautiful! He is very creative and resourceful to do quality work and has great suggestions to work with your budget. He is easy to work with, has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to accommodate to your needs and if needed, he works on weekends. Working with Marco has always been a great experience!

Marco was professional and incredibly skilled. I moved into a home that had recently had the kitchen remodeled, but I wanted to make a few small changes, while making it look like this had been the plan all along. Marco communicated each step of the way, gave me choices and in the end I have the kitchen I dreamed of, and in some ways even better than I had imagined. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I'll definitely be reaching back out to him as I have more projects.

We moved into an old Oakland house 2 years ago and have had to make multiple updates. We've worked with several different contractors and providers - NO ONE has compared to Marco and his team. The work and timelines exceeded my expectations. He's easy to communicate with and kept track of project details so that I didn't have to. He and his crew were EXTREMELY respectful of our home and family. (I have a toddler, and the crew worked around her nap so that she could sleep AND the project still finished ahead of schedule.) We won't work with anyone else, and I'm thrilled to recommend him.

Marco has done many projects for us over the course of the past 2 years on our fixer upper home. He has always said that no project is too big or too small, and he means it. He has done work ranging from interior painting, drywall repair, bathroom remodeling, landscaping, light fixture updates, gutter repair... His crew does good work, friendly, clean, responsible and responsive. Additionally, he has staffed our projects with the same workers who are familiar with our family & home, so it creates an added level of trust.
