I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992 with Shorewest Realtors. I met Tom Nelson and his wife 11 years ago when he painted the interior of my entire home. I have referred them since then to numerous clients and other Realtors with no complaints. They have done a variety of small jobs to extensive interior/exterior painting and remodeling projects. He is good at estimates, dependable, honest and hard working. They also have the patience to help elderly clients with a variety of items needed to help get their homes ready to sell. Since they managed a large apartment complex near me he has experience and knowledge to handle most remodeling projects and has other contractor contacts he trusts to call if needed to help complete any project. I will continue to refer him in the future.

Tom does excellent work and no project is too big. Tom takes pride in his work and has great attention to detail. He is a man of his word and with our last total Kitchen remodel he came in on time and on budget.

Tom and Christy performed a variety of small projects to get my house repaired, lock changing, door repair, sink repair, re-screening. Good idea to prepare your list and hire them for a half day to get all tho One annoying problems solved. I heard about them from neighbors and shared them with other neighbors.
