We found Jola Photography on the Houzz website a few months ago and are so pleased with her brilliant photography talents and expertise. She offers a keen eye for capturing the architectural elements as well as the interior design detail for each room of our completed custom homes. It is always a pleasure to work with Jola as she also brings a level of professionalism and commitment to her craft and delivers exceptional photos in a timely fashion for our marketing use.

Jola photographed both my husband's and my condo for FSBO listings. Both condos were modest in terms of upgrades, decor, room sizes, etc., but the pictures made them look so appealing. We got many calls right away and had 4 offers on one of the condos within 4 days. I give the photos a lot of credit for the quick sales - they showed both condos in the best possible way and drew the potential buyers right away, putting us in a multiple offer situation and increasing our negotiating power. Of course we had staged them to the best of our ability, but without those great photos drawing people in, I don't think we would have sold them so quickly and for so much. We are frugal (hence the FSBO listings), but photos are not the place to cut corners because if buyers don't like what they see in the photos on the internet, they won't visit the property. I tried other photographers before I found Jola and now my search is over - Jola is my go to photographer! First, the quality of her work is impeccable. She uses top quality professional equipment and makes sure the lighting is just right. She is easy to reach, flexible with appointment times, and then her turnaround is fast. She helps make sure the stage is set, reminding me to turn on lights, straighten bedding, etc. All this plus she is a true pleasure to work with. Kind, courteous, professional and always on time. I can't recommend her enough!

Her artistic ability to see the best angle or the best light and shot of every room is unmatched.
