Costless Blinds

Pam is a fraudulent woman. I paid the cash $5,300 by check on 12/04/2023. She blocked both me and my husband when keep following up her over calls. All she said before she blocked us was her bank account is frozen. She is an absolute scammer. Don't get trapped by this scammer.

Pam was horrible to work with. First she conned us into paying with a check instead of a credit card, never supplied an invoice or an official bill, got almost our entire order incorrect and only fixed it after MONTHS of us relentlessly calling her, texting her, emailing her and her daughter who works with her. We were convinced after we received our wrong order that Pam had stollen our money and was not going to fix the problem. To our surprise, 6 months after our order, blinds showed up at our door. Our order was still incorrect - we were missing a few blinds, but they did come. The few blinds that were installed by Pam, her daughter and her grandson were installed okay. Two were done horribly - completely wrong, so we never contacted her again and installed the rest ourselves. Working with Pam is one of my biggest regrets. We aren't the only ones who had horrible experiences either. Look her up. Do your research.

Pam cancelled the deal to install window blinds in the last moment without a good reason when asked to send over the details of the contract in writing even though I was willing to pay 100% upfront as asked for which I didn’t really feel comfortable at first. She said prices increased and I was okay with that too yet she backed out. In hindsight, it may be good and reveals a lot about her business but I didn’t shop around after having agreed on the deal. Now have to start all over. This is all such a waste of time.

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend Pam Coffey/Costless Blinds for any project you have at your home. September of 2018 I paid Pam to have special custom made 3 shutters for our home - 1 bedroom she knew was a deadline for our baby that is expected here in the next month. She took the measurements, asked for payment in full and then I never heard from her. After numerous attempts, she never placed our order with Norman Shutters. It is now April 15, 2019 and I have been left with many excuses on WHY she lost our order and WHY she does not have the money to refund me. Pam has left me with no other options but to take Pam/Costless Blinds to court. Attached are some screen shots from our conversation, please if you plan to get this GREAT deal because her price is so low, know she will take you for every penny she can, like she took us for $3,118.60. A breeze to work with! Costless Blinds came and took all of the measurements for our apartment building renovation and worked to find a fantastic look within our budget. After install when we found the manufacturer had sent one blind in the wrong dimension, Costless Blinds immediately ordered the replacement and returned for installation.

I was having such a hard time finding blinds that I loved and at a price I could afford, then I found Costless Blinds. Pamela was so personable and helpful in assisting me with the options available. She came off so genuine and not at all like she was just trying to make a sale. I really trusted her expertise and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend her and Costless Blinds.
