Luxury Pools and Living

We went under contract in 2023 with Luxury Pools and they were first class to deal with from the point of signing through final permitting with the city they laid out every step in the process. They we’re on time and delivered on budget. We’re so satisfied we signed up for the maintenance program for the pool, which they did an excellent job for as well. We couldn’t be more pleased with luxury, they obviously have been doing this for a number of years as their communication was excellent and the support afterwards, with Shannon and the staff in the office was exceptional! 10/10

Was not too impressed overall with company. Mathew, the owner, was a bit pushy and the follow up once the pool was completed was terrible. Never received all the necessary cleaning tools, never received any ‘pool school’ help regarding pool water chemistry other than a binder with literature and overall I felt like it was a ‘hurry up let’s move on the next pool’ attitude. I would not use this company again if I ever chose to put in another pool..I would definitely research around and explore other contractors.
