Session 2 – 11.30am – 1pm
We’ll learn how to help clients understand how your service solves their problem, and make it so easy to understand that you’ll never need to ask “Does that make sense?”.
Session 3 – 1.30pm – 3pm
We’ll explore the subjects: What really is value? And what value isn’t! Why selling on emotions alone isn’t enough. How do you demonstrate value WITHOUT being sleazy.
Session 4 – 3.30pm – 5pm
How do we now help clients to realise how bad their problem really is, and why them going to the competition; doing it themselves or ignoring the problem are all terrible choices.

How do the lessons work?
Each session will be a live Group Zoom call led by me.
What are the dates and times?
The date is Tuesday 14th January and the times are all above
What if I can’t attend?
There will be a recording of each session to watch back at your leisure and to watch again to reiterate the key points.
How much time do I need to commit to?
There is no ‘homework’, but you may want to think about how the technique applies to your business.
To make the conversation sound natural, you will want to practice it. This is not part of the course, but I am available to continue this with you if you require it.
My business is not a ‘typical’ business – will this work for me?
