The crafts union is scheduling more Basic Agreement talks as early as next week, but the clock is ticking before the July 31 deadline, and things got a bit more complicated.

Basic Agreement talks are set to begin again on Monday, June 3 and run through Wednesday, June 5.
Union Strong
Now the real fight begins, with IATSE tentatively scheduled to restart general negotiations April 29 to run through May 16.
Not out of the woods
There’s reason for optimism, but the AMPTP and IATSE still have to negotiate the biggest sticking points to avoid a summer strike.

It joins Local 600 (cinematographers) and Local 729 (set painters) in this week's IATSE deals with the AMPTP.
Union(s) Strong
The trio of unions just evened up the odds against the AMPTP; talks will begin in early March.
Bonus
Effective January 1, DGA members received the "SVOD performance bonus and viewing data the WGA successfully negotiated."
The SAG-AFTRA union and the AMPTP reached an agreement ending the 188-day strike November 8.
The AMPTP improved on minimum salaries and on the bonus structure for successful streaming shows but did not budge on revenue sharing.

Talks to end the actors strike broke down last night. At least one studio head says this is the reason why.
