If you're in need of being cheered up this afternoon, then look no further than this wonderful tweet about some trapped bees. Yes, you read that correctly.
It all started when comedy writer Simon Blackwell took to Twitter, in order to ask a very specific question about bees.
In a tweet, he wrote:
When you're letting a trapped bee out the window, everyone talks to the bee right?
It goes without saying that the tweet went extremely viral, which suggests that yes, everyone does talk to bees.
Maybe the bee will leave on its own accord?
Turns out that people are saving their most polite conversation specifically for bees. Heaven forbid they find a 'blue bottle'.
And also a much more respectful conversation than would be had with daddy longlegs, too.
But it's not without it's frustration.
Or excellent insults.
Out you go, little fella.
It also gets aggressive.
And sort of heartwarming?
Classic 'out you go'.
Wasps, on the other hand, are incredibly rude.
Well, you'd better 'bee-lieve' it, speaking to bees is a real thing!
