Abstract

On the 19th. April, 1923, frozen Rain drops of anomalous shapes fell at Sapporo. Some of them contained water drop in it (A.) the others were hemispherical (B.) The plane surface of the hemispherical ones was very smooth and had a hollow at its centre, as if the drops had been cut off from the perfect spherical drops with a bubble in them.
