It's not entirely clear what exactly the modified 3rd beta brings in terms of news and improvements, but according to early information, its main weapon should be accessibility. While the previous version was unavailable on iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, the new version should already be installed on them without any problem. What is interesting, however, is that the update is also offered to other devices and not just to the iPhone 7. However, in the case of the iPhone XS, this additional update, which bears the designation 17A5522g, is only 118 MB, so it is practically clear that it does not contain anything large.

We will see the release of the sharp version of iOS 13 and other operating systems in September, when Apple will also present new iPhones. Just a few days later, new operating systems should be made available, which will be intensively tested in beta testing until then. Hopefully, Apple will be able to eliminate most of the errors that may be found in them in time and not repeat the scenario with iOS 11, which was practically unusable a few weeks after its release.

Are your emails working correctly in the third developer version? I have a second public iPad OS and still can't save attachments. Furthermore, after opening other emails, it suddenly happens that it does not display the content of any more and keeps loading. Or you can't move bookmarks in Safari. Does smooth zooming by double-tapping and dragging with three fingers not work. If it was already running in the third development version, I would rather go to it. How are you?

For me on the 2nd beta it was eating the battery like crazy, but a factory reset helped me, I deleted the entire iPhone to the factory settings including all the content and set it up again and since then the battery has been working perfectly fine.
Also having trouble editing slow motion videos? In other IOS it was possible to select in the editing which part of the video will be slow and now it cannot be edited anywhere.. :-/
Yes, at dev. beta 3 I also discovered and reported this issue.
I'm testing the iPad OS and the first public beta was a total disaster. Now I installed the second one and in the first 10 minutes of use, or after trying the four things that I sent to Apple as feedback, I was pleasantly surprised. We'll see if I can come up with anything else. By the way, the iPad OS does not have battery problems, at least on the iPad 2018. And there was no problem on the iPhone 6S with iOS 13 either. Quite the contrary.

Well, as far as I can see, some errors that I pointed out have been removed. On the other hand, problems and crashes of the mail application still remain.
The problem was in SMB, i.e. YouTube was freezing (my problem), many applications stopped working and there were also problems with the touch layer.
I have problems with the swift key, when I type, in a whisper, but the text is not copied into the field.. I have to switch to a standard keyboard or turn off and on the application. the second problem I have is when I use shazam and want to display the book in apple music, I get a message that I have a subscription, the music opens, but it doesn't switch to the sheet with the given book... and when I open the mail, at least one of the six throw an error, but just restore and it works..
I also still have problems with the battery. I don't know if I should try to install this update as well.

I rate this corrected beta quite positively on the iPhone XS. So far, not a single bug from the previous version has appeared, and Face ID in the mBank app is even working again. Subjectively, I feel faster OS responses and better battery life.

Neither do some iPhone 6S. Probably only iPhone 6s large sizes will go. I have 16GB and I'm out of luck. iPhone 7 they wrote directly in the Feedback application that not now. They don't even bother to write a reason for the iPhone 6S.

The Raiffeisen Bank ekonto keeps crashing, the login page doesn't even load. But I don't know if it's an app, if it's built for IOS 13...
