Recently, one lawsuit after another has been thrown at Apple. Although one might think that the salvo will stop during the pandemic, it is just the opposite and the apple company is being shot at from all sides. Let's face it, most of the time these are valid accusations, especially for slowing down iPhones or infringing patents, but this time we have a curious case that will either make you laugh or cry. The man sued Apple to fix the iPhone and is seeking $2 trillion in damages, saying the psychological damage to his health is immeasurable.
Do you still remember Pablo Escobar's brother, what he tried to destroy Apple by dressing Samsung Galaxy Fold it into a golden coat and call it your own? Well, then believe that there are even crazier and more disconnected individuals in the United States. A shining example is Raevon Terrell Parker, who appeared in district court on June 1 and filed for Apple lawsuit. This wouldn't be strange, thousands of users do the same hobby, but Raevon took his accusations to a rather remarkable level. He allegedly complained to the company because instead of repairing his iPhone 7 and returning the phone, it gave him a new one. Specifically, the plaintiff mentions Apple Store in Saint Louis, Galleria, where the person had his smartphone repaired. The problem, however, was that the man had allegedly upgraded his phone and provided it with new features. Apple allegedly stole his ideas and used them to develop iOS 12.
Raevon boasts, for example, that its phone was able to skip certain processes when it was turned on and was also able to communicate with other devices significantly faster than other iPhones. An even bolder claim is that the person in question discovered the group FaceTime feature and is demanding compensation. His ideas are said to have been used in the development of iOS 12, on which you Apple greased his pocket, and therefore Parker is demanding compensation in the form of $2 trillion. One trillion will go to the "stolen" iPhone 7 during repair, while the other will go to the ideas used in the new version of the new operating system. But in his statement, Raevon thoroughly mentions his psychological damage, which is "priceless". In total, the person in question demands 2 incalculable trillions of dollars and proudly demands his rights. Well, the way it looks, some people just splash a little on the lighthouse and they can be happy that the judge at least laughed heartily at the end.
A trillion and a billion is something else, but we probably already know that, don't we? :)
Wouldn't it be better to look at the source article first before you start being clever here? :)
Shouldn't the file be about $2 billion?
Ang bilion = billion in Czech
Not to mention the fact that it is "$2 trillion", which is "2 billion" in Czech.
It is a shame that it is not possible in such court proceedings to declare the offending party mentally ill and to order constitutional treatment.
A. It was not Pablo Escobar but his brother, Pablo is long dead.
B. He was never trying to destroy it (he was just babbling about it somewhere), he was trying to scam people into buying a phone from him that they won't get.

B. He was not trying to destroy it Apple (even though he claimed to be), he was trying to scam people into paying him for a phone they wouldn't get.
