It's true with that figure value. They are already worth a third of the entire set. I read probably the most comprehensive Czech review on https://18kostek.cz/lego-10316-roklinka/ and there they write that even the individual blocks are worth almost 30 on Bricklink (the world's largest marketplace with parts). So it's a great set for an investment!
