The iPhone 6 Plus, like the Phone 6, was introduced in September 2014. It was the first iPhone to offer a display with a diagonal of more than 5 inches, namely 5,5 inches (it was also the first to offer FHD resolution, i.e. 1080 x 1920 px). Compared to the standard model, there was a significant increase in battery capacity and the camera received optical image stabilization (only for photos, not videos) as a first for iPhones. As with its sibling, due to the larger display size, the power button has been moved from the top edge to the side, and the rear camera protrudes slightly from the body (in previous models, it was flush with the back). The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were a huge success, selling 10 million units in the first three days and more than 2016 million units for the entire sales period (September 220).
