To offer an alternative view, I believe there is a crucial step before this, which is to educate ourselves on what and how the staff are currently tackling tasks and challenges. That is not to say that management is necessarily always disconnected with the reality on the ground, but often times skipping this step risks employees being skeptical or defensive about the need to implement AI. Take time to interview and understand the daily routine or challenges of the team while framing the discussion as the starting point for identifying opportunities for AI implementation for the teams benefit. With this as the foundation, discussions can be well grounded in reality, the buy-in of the team is obtained and education happens naturally

We are constantly educating our clients and partners on AI and its many different fields and millions of possibilities. This could be the first thing to do before any other thing. We can try a workshop, roundtable or focused sessions, to introduce, immerse and leveling organizations or groups that eventually will use AI for something. We also have to define on an early stage what we will do as a team, employee or collaborator when we'll use AI, and how this actually will improve our work, life balance, capacity and even relation with our enterprise or workplace. Finally we can do some envisioning sessions or go straight to visualize a high level roadmap of next AI solutions or boosters for our day by day and beyond.
