Analyse: Bestimmen des externen Digitalisierungsdrucks aus den Perspektiven a) Branche/ Wettbewerb, b) Kunden und c) Technologien - heute und im Ausblick (Trends) 3. Definition der Digitalstrategie: Ableitung der wesentlichen digitalen Chancen, Risiken, Stärken und Schwächen aus (1) und (2) sowie darauf aufbauend Definition der wesentlichen Eckpfeiler der Digitalstrategie und des digitalen Zielbilds 4.
