I have some 60.000 photographs in my archives. Yet portfolio is a gem of gems. They are to astonish your viewers. I have a big book of my best photos and always carry it with me during trade shows or conferences. Easy to show. Easy to impress.

If you have your own style stick to it. Do not jump from one genre to another. You need to be recognizable. Once you establish your own unique style you would start getting more audience who cherish this special style.

I divided my portfolio into sections of types of faces: females, long hair, short hair, males, beards, mustaches, bald heads. This lets people recognize similiarities to their own faces.

Less is more. Never over burden clients with medium quality work since this method makes low quality affect better quality. Be very strict regarding portfolio quality.

Keep It Updated Regular Updates: Continuously update your portfolio with new and relevant work. Remove older or less impressive images to keep your portfolio fresh and current. Seasonal Work: If applicable, include seasonal or thematic work to show your adaptability and relevance throughout the year.

Tell a Story Cohesive Narrative: Arrange your images in a way that tells a story or conveys a specific message. Consider the flow from one image to the next to ensure a smooth visual journey for the viewer. Captions and Context: Provide brief captions or descriptions for each image, if appropriate, to give context and highlight the story behind the photo.

I chose binder folder with sleeves. In this way I can print additional photos and replace old ones with new ones or simply add more.
