I think that emotional agility is very important to deal with unforseen circumstances. And that's what distinguish a great successful leader than another one. How much he is able to see the light inside every dark situation and to be that much flexible to adapt his strategy in response to all conditions. I remember that during a close-out phase in a project with a very small Team we dealed with colleagues who had covid-19 and we were obliged to change the final action plan to get things done on time meeting deadlines because of their absences.
