Here's how you can effectively manage negative feedback on your system analysis approach.

Do not take it personally. Have a dialogue with the person who is having issues with the approach. They may have gone through a similar process before which has failed or they may be seeing a hole in the analysis. A good manager will be willing to tweak and adjust the plan if proven there are better ways to achieve the goal. Always be open to new ideas and concepts. If you plan to bring in a revised concept, be sure to have it vetted by the group for all participants to buy in. Make sure all team members can support the final version.

Accepting criticism is really hard. Few people I know can do it well, and I am not one of them. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate it, but I often struggle to understand it. I prefer when criticism is measured and objective i.e. KPIs, rather than just personal opinions. It's something I need to continue working on.

Kritik ohne Fundament ist sufs äußerste abzulehnen und stiftet meist nur Unruhe und forciert die Unsicherheit.
