I just had this conversation with a client earlier today. Having an outside perspective when it comes to TA is really an advantage. In one of the most outdated lanes of HR, TA tends to follow the same cycle. Person is hired. Person leaves. Job posting from 5 years ago is put back up. Person is hired, person leaves. I coach my clients on the next time this happens, take a step back and evaluate the role. The skills you hired for 5 years ago may not be relevant anymore to the business.
