L'avantage de l'hôtellerie c'est qu'il est possible très facilement de faire une étude de marché (ce qui ne veut pas dire que ce n'est pas cher...). Les ratios de rentabilité sont connus. Il ne faut pas trop innover (l'innovation n'étant qu'un "plus"). Ne nous trompons pas non plus, il faut être du "métier" et il est très vivement conseillé d'acheter les murs pour absorber les fluctuations du marché hôtelier.

1) Il faut un minimum de financement personnel et il faut penser que cet argent, vous l'avez perdu ! Ce n'est évidemment pas le but mais si vous faites faillite, c'est ennuyeux mais pas dramatique. J'ai hélas vu des chefs d'entreprise qui n'ont pas suivi ce principe et qui se sont retrouvés dehors, à la rue, sans un sous en poche, avec des dettes et sans maison car hypothéquée. 2) N'agissez pas avec les investisseurs comme si c'étaient des "gars sympas" qui vous donne de l'argent "comme ça". Vous n'êtes pas un ados qui demande de l'argent à ses parents et qui lui rendrons ou pas (souvent pas). Ils veulent un retour sur investissement et c'est normal. 3) Quant aux banquiers, si vous n'êtes pas du métier, inutile d'aller les voir...
