Later in the day may be you can plan for some mechanical things like meetings or calls or other stuff. Divide each day and dedicate to small tasks. Gadgets can really be distracting when working on important tasks. The social media notifications can break your flow of thoughts. One of the way can be keeping your gadgets away from your desk so you don't get to see them and feel like checking the notifications. The other way is to silence the notifications but you would be tempted to check you phone. So better keep away. For the sites, you can put a lock system for not opening in particular time to let you concentrate on work.

It is said that sitting is new smoking. So long hours of sitting can be detrimental for your health. Work for half an hour and take short breaks 5 mins. After 2 or 3 short breaks go for a longer break break of 15 mins. In the break have a short walk or do some eye exercise or hand exercise. Or may be even watch small motivational videos but with time limit. These activities can help you to keep yourself energetic and charge up for next round of solid work.

Como somos diferentes, cada um tem sua maneira de lidar com o foco, no meu caso, enquanto não termino algo que iniciei, não o perco, nem que leve mais horas que o normal, mas chega o cansaço e não tem jeito de continuar, o descansar passa a ser imprescindível.
