Firstly what attracts more customers is the look of the food truck and then an amazing offer for a starter. Many times, I need a special request. I have been rudely told no at times and also been graciously accommodated. I will not return to those that can't treat me as a customer respectfully. Currently, with so many food options available, first impressions can make or break a customer's desire to return. Personally, if I don't get good service, no matter how good the food is, I won't return.

Training with a poor presenter and more importantly one of poor tone quite often creates confusion and a overall “check the box” approach.
