Matriz GUT (Gravidade, Urgência e Tendência): Avalia as prioridades e riscos para tomadas de decisões. 2. MECE (Mutuamente Exclusivo e Coletivamente Exaustivo): Auxilia através de listas a enxergar todas as soluções possíveis para um determinado problema. 3. Análise de SWOT: Ajuda a identificar os pontos fracos, os pontos fortes, ameaças e oportunidades. 4. Matriz de Decisão: Ferramenta que avalia e ajuda a selecionar a melhor opção entre diversas escolhas.

Tomar una decisión difícil supone riesgos y beneficios, por ello se requiere tener información objetiva, puntual y reciente sobre el tema. Consultar una o dos opiniones profesionales y maduras contribuye a reducir el riesgo o aumentar el beneficio. Una vez obtenidas las opiniones lo ideal es tomar la más apropiada al caso pensar estratégicamente y actuar en el tiempo que más beneficio aporte.

That's why I avoid referring to grand virtues such as justice. General virtues are too abstract to overcome the emotional side of harsh contexts and the specificities of practical decisions. Por eso importante saber los valores, políticas y procedimientos de las empresas. Y por supuesto ser fieles a nuestros valores, como la honestidad, lealtad, responsabilidad, transparencia, etc.

One thing i have found helpful is including stakeholder's opinion in tough decisions making. Sometimes i act as a liaison if needed when big risky decision is about to be made. This way everyone knows and understands the risks taken and we come up with informed decision together.

Si tenemos dudas es necesario acercarnos a una persona que tenga más conocimiento sobre el tema, ya sean nuestros jefes o al equipo especializado. En varias empresas tienen portales donde si tienes dudas de algún tema en específico, el equipo experto, que suele estar en el corporativo, te puede asesorar. En mi experiencia, me acerqué al equipo de legal de la compañía, para la revisión de los contratos de inquilinos y fue de gran ayuda. Ya que agregaron cláusulas que eran indispensables para la empresa y nos daban mayor protección.
