One of the biggest mistakes I see job seekers do when they looking for the next role is start working on their resume. My advice is to review the job description first, highlight the keywords (aka problems) company needs help with and quickly show how you’ve solved similar challenges in the past. Make it quick and easy for hiring managers to see how you can help them, and you more likely to be put forward to the next round.
