Balance is a lie. Every person has their own goals and ways that they work best. If you have intensity and low goals, you probably have plenty of time. if you are a perfectionist with ambition, you are going to have to live your job. Stop listening to people and do what makes sense to you. If you find there is a problem with the time you have vs the time you spend, you may not be at the right position.

I see too many creators buying tons of courses, but not finishing any. Don't learn for the sake of learning. You will forget what you learn if you don't have a project to apply it to. So choose a good course from someone you trust that directly has the solutions to the specific challenge you're facing. For example, when I started writing blog articles years ago, I faced a problem: I had a knowledge gap. I didn't know how to write a really good article. So I bought one small course that taught me how to write persuasively, use storytelling, and structure the article. I practiced and applied what I learned to a blog article that I wrote as I took the course. I applied what I learned to the challenge I faced. That's how you choose wisely.

Chat with students who are in a similiar phase academically to you while balancing the loads of content creation. They will be invaluable mentors to your journey and help keep you accountable to achieving both your academic and content goals.

There's no better way to connect, learn, and leverage connections than by going to live events. Identify events in your industry that offer education and extensive time for networking... many times the best value come not from the learning in the rooms but the networking after hours.
