I think it would be beneficial to you to understand that where there is resistance and it is towards your goal in transition must slow down a bit and be willing to accept anything that will put you at the door towards achieving the goal. If it means taking any job within the environment that will give you a chance to meet with the right people and showcase your skills just go for it. Unlike being selective where you can end up drained and giving up in life when the progress is not coming as you planned it.
