I have thought it to be important to be very honest with yourself as to why the previous place of employment believed it best to end your professional relationship. Think about things like; was there a valuation on your contribution to company profitability? did your skills evolve at an acceptable rate? Did you pose a threat to the company goals or security? Were your work relationships with coworkers, subordinates and superiors professional and positive? Work to rectify personal discoveries without voicing employer shortcomings and soldier on.
