You may find yourself revisiting these benefits in time to come as the reality of cost of living may hit you harder than before. It serves well temporarily just not for long term. Do remember, the longer you stay stagnant on the same salary, it is generally harder for you to jump in scale unless in your country, asking about your previous salary is against the law.
