knowledge is everything and most of the problems begin from lack of information, in this situation gathering data not only can be solution of the problem but also it can bring some creative idea or new ways of curing the problem. in some situations gathering information is the first step, after that you must analyse it with a correct methodology and then take an action to solve the problem.
