One thing I found helpful was asking myself why I had allowed things to occur in this way. It’s not about blame or making excuses, but sometimes asking yourself honest questions, allows you to recognise your actions in the past, and decide where you want to proceed in the prese and future.

Hold yourself accountable and do so in everything you do. Both good and bad. Failures will happen. Learn from your mistakes by asking what went wrong and how could have that failure been avoided or minimized. Failure is not avoidable. Having a mitigation plan on overcoming that failure is critical to future success in my opinion.
