For example: -goal: learn spanish -challenge: use the duolingo app for 20 minutes 4 times a week See how much more actionable that sounds? When I was learning speed reading to be more eyes, L&R brain coordination better, while I applied this knowledge (step 5) I never reflected back on the - 1) Small wins of the day - reflect and appreciate ur own small wins whenever u apply the new skill. This one goes a long way to embody the skill in ur sub-conscious. 2) Course-correction - Its good to start applying the skill basis the concept of progress over perfection. It is still a better idea to then take a pause and reflect on how to improve over the current standard. Lesson learnt now. The best way I find is just pick up a paper or journal Write down the thoughts that flow.

Set your mindset to it (else one may never complete the learning step at first place or may never apply the newly learnt skill). Other than this join any support group/netwrok to stay in environment helps immensely.
