É fácil atacar a Inteligência Artificial quando não a conhecemos. "Ain...a inteligência artificial deve ser melhor estudada antes de aplicada a gestão de pessoas..." O que mais vejo são RH´s que já são despreparados para lidarem com planilhas e cálculos básicos, como turnover e etc. A utilização de IA para a maioria é algo tão distante de seu conhecimento que é mais fácil atacar do que enxergar algum uso prático. Um RH que se propõe estratégico e ágil precisa ter na IA um aliado para predições que, de outra forma, não seriam possíveis de serem feitas com o conhecimento médio que o RH tem em estatísticas e analitycs, por exemplo.

Já tenho falado há algum tempo que o papel do RH é cada vez mais capacitar a equipe em conceitos de gestão de pessoas do que propriamente fazer esta gestão de pessoas. Quando um RH entende que seu papel não é concentrar as ações de gestão de pessoas mas sim fazer com que ela aconteça pela próprio time, então essa área entendeu como ser efetivamente estratégica.

Os debates sobre home-office e presencial ainda estão amadurecendo, e um viés que vem ganhando destaque ultimamente é o papel do remoto na inclusão social. Quando pensamos nas possibilidades do remoto como meio de inclusão social ele ganha contornos que deveriam ser olhados pelos governantes com outros olhos. Desde o trânsito nas cidades e poluição que pode diminuir absurdamente (lembra de como são paulo tava limpa na época do lockdown?)
