For example: Setting the tone right at the start that this discussion is primarily to understand if the role that’s being discussed, is the appropriate role for the interviewee and if the interview is the right candidate for the role are the two things that would be evaluated through this discussion would help in having an open conversation

Le langage corporel est l'expression externe de notre ressentie. Qu'il soit positif, négatif, de surprise, d'incompréhension ou tout autre genre de sentiment nécessaire à la bonne communication. Savoir décrypter, ou ne serait-ce que lire le langage corporel d'autrui, permet non seulement une meilleure compréhension mais une adaptation rapide à sa démarche conative orientant les échanges, la communication ou le débat dans une direction plus constructive. Son propre langage corporel doit aussi exprimer ses intentions ou sa propre psychologie. Evidemment, on peut maitriser son langage corporel, comme les grands dirigeants de ce monde, mais le mieux est d'être authentique.

I also recommend using empathetic language and incorporate phrases that reflect empathy, such as "I understand how it feels to...", "I realized that they were feeling...", or "I wanted to ensure that everyone felt heard and valued."

As partes da árvore, raiz, tronco e folhas, são como os departamentos da empresa, cada um tem a sua função e coexistem para que o todo cresça e dê flores e frutos. Il existe bien des façons de faire preuve de perspicacité. Deux axes me viennent spontanément en tête: le premier est de connaitre son interlocuteur et ses domaines de référence, son milieu socio-culturel, ses hobbies, ses préférences, sa vision sur certains sujets etc. Le deuxième, est la lecture directe de son interlocuteur au travers du langage corporel et des analyses que l'on peut faire pour mieux interpréter son état interne. En étant attentif et concentré (avec bienveillance évidemment) à tout ou partie de ces éléments, nous parlerons, interagirons, agirons avec perspicacité faisant écho chez notre interlocuteur tout en ayant plus d'impact dans notre discours tout en conservant son attention.

Empresas procuram pessoas resolutivas. Importante entender que a meritocracia pode ser uma armadilha se não houver equidade entre os colaboradores. Tente encontrar soluções envolvendo toda equipe.

As soluções propostas devem ser refletidas, gerando mais perguntas para o relator, assim gera envolvimento e demonstração de interesse. É interessante quando conseguimos comparar com algo que já vivemos anteriormente e como reagimos, podendo servir de exemplo para outros.

On peut faire preuve d’empathie en répondant aux questions d’un recruteur si on se met à sa place d’une part et qu’on imagine quel est son propre besoin en posant cette question 🙋♂️ d’autre part ! On est orienté vers l’autre et ses besoins plutôt que soi même. En posant également des questions basées sur les relations humaines avec des choix multiples, on peut vérifier le degré d’empathie de la personne qui candidate.
