I totally agree with the above stayement. All should be done according designs, drawings, specifications, on time and as on allocated budget. Scheduling of project work stages, coordination, resolving problems, recruitment of technical staff. Approvals of desing and alternative designs, submittals and materials. Sourcing of materials, etc....
