The purpose of Product or technology development is to solve the customer/user problem, so getting the customer/user feedbacks is as important as as developing it, so that we will know whether our product/technology are really helping our target customer/users or not. Keeping them in the developing loop, let them try out on every new feature, understanding their concerns on those new features … will help us adjust the development strategy instantly without wasting the effort on something unnecessary.

In MY opinion: Which methodology is best for Agile-Scrum. Scrum is indisputably the most popular agile framework used by teams today. The key difference between Agile and Scrum is that while Agile is a project management philosophy that utilizes a core set of values or principles, Scrum is a specific Agile methodology that is used to facilitate a project.

New technologies go through many hurdles before being fully integrated by the organization. The top most problems after evaluating the need for new technology: - Funding and renewals - New technology adoption Check with management if the IT fund allocation purchases the new technology. Work with clients/stakeholders to see if the new technology is needed for the projects and possibilities of investment returns. Ultimately, clients are the ones who consume the technology, and organizations get the ROI. ROI can be the deciding factor in making new technology integration. Present the new technology ROI to management with approval request. Penetrate technology adoption rate through training, monitoring, controlling, and re-enforcement.
