Here's how you can strengthen your career relationships through continuing education.

Within my L&D team with are all given the opportunity to self develop & research new topics - from there we share info, thoughts, resources throughout a 4 week period and at the end of it when we all meet in person hold mini 10 minute presentations to fully share what we have been looking to. I would fully recommend this to others as it has allowed us as a group to individually develop but also share and develop as a team!

Networking events have been pivotal in helping me to think outside the box and get further ideas on topics and new practices within my industry (L&D). I would recommend attending at least 1 a year in order to meet others within your field and gain a greater understanding of how others are working in the same role! For Learning & Development - The World Of Learning which takes place jn London during February each year & Birmingham during October each year is one of my personal favourites, as it not only allows you to meet people but to sit in on seminars and talks also to expand your knowledge further!
