Change is inevitable. If we don't change, we will never grow. I have never worked for a company that didn't embrace change and I full expect it to happen. Embrace it as an opportunity for growth. It's easier said than done and sometimes failures will happen. But the best of the best are always changing. Embrace it.

These in turn strengthen the prospects of success for your change initiative. Building rituals such as regular fireside chats, newsletters, leadership connects, informative emails etc. can all help us communicate clearly.

In order to achieve a clear communication, be sure to review and test key messages before sending them out via different channels and formats. A clarity in communication exists, when the most basic questions of "Why, How and What" are being answered (Sinek. S. 2019). Besides key messages and expected actions from an employee (do this, be informed about this) there should not be distractive information included, but a person of contact with contact details (or shared mailbox).

Clear and open communication is key. I ensure to maintain constant communication with my team and stakeholders to understand their concerns, provide updates, and clarify any uncertainties. This builds trust and reduces resistance to change.

I would approach this new change in structure as if I am starting a new job to keep myself curious and open-minded about forming new relationships. When meeting new colleagues, focus on building trust by demonstrating sincerity and good intentions. Approach each interaction with the mindset of learning from others, and when possible, offer your help, as your experience and context about the accounts and history can be valuable. It’s important to be consistently kind and respectful in your interactions. However, remain vigilant and discerning to avoid being taken advantage of or becoming entangled in office politics.

Continoious learning means continious improvments. Mistakes are allowed in the process. There is no moving forward without an assessment of what has been performed successfully and what not! Designing the way forward well ahead and based on the feedback and retrospective of as much as many stakholders is a gage for success. Asking and accepting suggestions from others and incluing as much as many peopl in the early phases of any change is an obligation not a choice! This is the commun mitake of many oganisations and I will not disclose on this fact!

Learning continually is not defined by the amount of hours spent in a course room, listening to somebodies ideas of a concept but also by the hours you are consciously observing your surroundings and receive new information about the system you are navigating through. Every learning is exploration and every new system we jump into must be explored. The more you learn, the better you can deal with problems occurring at work to reach your goals. There is no curriculum, but a proactive way to approach your own learnings.

I see organizational change as an opportunity for continuous improvement. I foster a culture of feedback and continuous learning, which helps in refining processes and enhancing productivity over time.
