En una oportunidad le mostré a un grupo de alumnos un ovillo de lana y les pregunté para qué sirve. Todos me respondieron que servía para tejer; era lo esperable. Sin embargo, luego les mostré una imagen de un gato jugando con un ovillo de lana, y les repetí la pregunta. Para lo cual, se quedaron pensando y se dieron cuenta que lo obvio tiene sus excepciones. Un error muy común es tratar de definir el problema sin realizar un correcto análisis del contexto, para lo cual recomiendo tener una visión sistémica del problema considerando las entradas, proceso, salida, objetivos, subsistemas, metasistema, límites, alcances, entorno, entre otros aspectos.
