Después de años de haber crecido mis empresas a doble o triple dígito, y de haber aprendido de los errores en el camino; he visto que el crecimiento sostenible exige raíces fuertes. ¿Cuáles son algunas de esas raíces? Emprender alrededor de tu propósito de vida, lo llamo emprender en el TOP: negocios en la intersección de Talento (lo que haces bien), Oportunidad de servir a otros (en algo que te mueva y hacerlo rentablemente) y Pasión. Además, necesitas un equipo A que esté alineado con ese propósito (para reclutarlos uso el "método A"). Finalmente, es esencial adaptarse en lo circunstancial, pero mantenerse enfocado en lo esencial: servir a otros alrededor de lo que mejor sabes hacer.

Crece en adquisición de clientes. Lo importante es generar relaciones, es decir, personas que te compren recurrente, por ende, el foco debe estar en captar clientes por sobre generar ingresos. Adquiere clientes y que ese sea tu foco siempre, luego, vas arreglando lo operacional para satisfacer a la demanda que vas creando; no pongas lo operacional por delante y mantene un buen nivel de capital de trabajo, al menos 2x, de manera tal que el crecimiento sea una bendición y no un problema.
