Here are things I’ve noticed in my calls (as a tech support rep): ❌parts of my calls had me speaking the same verbatim over & over again ❌there are calls (product registration, etc) which do not need repeating unless necessary ❌background noises & latency issues are BIG TURN OFFS for customers 🦾So, figuring out these problems exist, I automated each process one by one… ✅figured out a way to “save my spit” by downloading an audio app on Steam; it plays thru the mike prerecorded spiels, delivered with the same ZEST, each & every time ✅i wrote a process map for product registration (see profile) designed specifically to automate most calls; although the goal was not to improve AHT, the process seemed to do so ✅KRISP & an ethernet line 😉
