Managing a program schedule is an overwhelming task from day one in any project/program, as you should figure out if your schedule is realistic and covers all your milestones as per the end product intended use. Deadlines if not realistic would be also a dead constraint to your project, that's why you should explore if deadlines can be adjusted or phased, adapting to project realities instead of blindly adhering to inflexible timelines. In certain cases where you're short in time Look beyond traditional team models and consider temporary partnerships, outsourcing specific tasks, or leveraging freelance talent to address skill gaps and workload spikes. The last hint is to use project management tools with robust scheduling features.
