How can digital coaches provide unbiased feedback?

Digital coaching offers flexibility in the always online world. Coaches can be there to discuss and challenge at times and places that work best for the client. Bite sized coaching can be had by messenger, pre-recorded information can be shared via various video platforms, and video coaching can be had at times and places that suit all.

It involves virtual communication platforms, video conferencing, and online tools to deliver coaching sessions. Digital coaching enables flexibility, making it accessible globally. It incorporates data analytics for performance tracking and personalized insights. The use of AI may provide additional support in assessments and recommendations. While maintaining the core principles of coaching, digital coaching optimizes convenience and efficiency in the evolving landscape of professional development.

Great perspective and point. We all view the world from our own perspective, background, and history….very important! In healthcare, there are so many areas of experience. For example, I had an excellent neuro ICU nurse who needed to quickly ramp up in renal care. We were able to discuss and identify various areas of knowledge need, and eliminate/verify competency in others. She was a role model in a short amount of time!

While it can from one side help reducing some biases in the process it can also unintentionally add new ones on the other side. It is to be carefully used and regularly audited and reviewed. In my experience the coach would benefit highly from seeking regular feedback/feedforward from peers and their own coach if applicable, also from their own coachees. Including a regular customized digital survey and take the time to analyze, reflect and act on the results.

In my experience, developing a specific subject that they identify and make them see the progress, asking/ making them think under that and realize if what they thought they want is really want/ need. Awake their real needs and strength.
