Optimization is at the tip of our hands nowadays, and all it requires is investing the time to figure out what works for you and what doesn't.

Digital skills are essential in today's workforce. Programming should be a part of everyday life, and businesses need digital transformation to stay competitive.

I believe that not only is it in your best interest to make an effort to stay on top of new technologies, innovations, and digital trends, it is actually a necessity in today's workforce. Educating yourself is investing in yourself, in your career, and in your growth. Nowadays, you need either a certificate, a course or to prove yourself constantly in a way that leaves no room for questions. The amount of resources at the tip of your fingers is infinite, make sure to make the most of it.

Creative tasks seem relegated to second place, which leaves a lot of room to show off, make yourself visible and ensuring your contributions do not go unnoticed. Visual representations, whether of data, skills, information, etc... are a great way of calling attention to the broad range of your capabilities. Highlight the quality of your work, make your opinion known, share your recent findings, all with a flashy image by its side.

In my experience as a neurodivergent person, tools that support communication, coordination and cooperation are fundamental to do my job. It sets precedents and actually allows you to easily establish procedures and processes - especially if you are willing to use one of the myriad of AI tools out there.
