How can gamification improve change evaluation and measurement?
Change evaluation and measurement is a crucial part of any program management process, as it helps to assess the impact, effectiveness, and sustainability of the change initiatives. However, many program managers face challenges in designing and implementing change evaluation and measurement systems, such as lack of data, stakeholder engagement, feedback loops, and incentives. Gamification, the use of game elements and mechanics in non-game contexts, can offer a potential solution to these challenges, by making change evaluation and measurement more fun, interactive, and rewarding. In this article, we will explore how gamification can improve change evaluation and measurement in four aspects: data collection, stakeholder participation, feedback mechanisms, and behavior change.
