This means showing them how to protect against hackers and keeping them updated on new tricks bad actors might use. Leaders should support these efforts, and employees can learn more through training and certifications. It's like everyone working together to lock the doors and windows of our digital "house" to keep the bad guys out. By regularly checking and fixing any weak spots, we make sure our information stays safe and sound.

There is no match to experience. While there are many certifications and trainings, but none can beat the real experience and specially in Cybersecurity, the real experience comes from Knowledge transfer from senior employees to the junior ones. Though, knowledge can also transfer from juniors to the seniors as well, especially in cybersecurity where we need initiative minds.
