Before you can use feedback, be open to receiving it. I mean - very open. Practice taking negative feedback (ie. criticism) into consideration in a productive and positive way. Then consider the rest. Even with carefully crafted tools and populations, there are still biases running through your channels and all the feedback. The way that you use this feedback will also be heavily biased. Do you have rich qualitative information? You likely do not have access to parameters, only statistics. You can see majorities, general patterns, but you also see things that don't agree with the rest. What do those outliers represent? Is that just a mistake? Interview those "outliers" before you call them "liars".
