This is one of most important aspect which everyone should seriously consider. 1) Whenever there is a critical issue I was able to solve it quickly whenever had enough rest rather than sitting and debugging for weeks without sleep. Everyone must identify a saturation point to find the rest and get back to solving the problem. 2) Atleast a rough vacation plan must be considered by everyone for every quarter of an year. This helps in not only improving the project planning but also ensures we get the rest we needed. 3) I felt developing a hobby such as playing sport, involving in social activities and playing musical instruments help in giving a much deserved relaxation. Identify a hobby which helps in relaxing your mind.

Parkinson's Law is the adage that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". If you have 8 hours of time, you will complete your work in 8 hours. However, if you have only 4 hours to do the same job, you can always find a smarter way to do the same job. I always aimed at finishing all my routine job within 50% of the task time leaving remaining 50% to plan for future and work proactively to create excellence in the organization.

Being a positive leader means inspiring and influencing others with your vision, values, and actions. You should be a role model for your team, and demonstrate the behaviors and attitudes you expect from them.
