A well-defined purpose helps you laser-focus your content and deliver your message in a way that won't just impact the live audience but the one that sees your talk on the TED site. If you're unfocused or meandering, your talk won't have any life online.

From my experience, focusing on one key idea, the message you want to share. This should be insightful, thought-provoking, and something that can resonate with your audience. More so since you only have between 10-15 mins. Your ability to include your personal experience will enhance the authenticity and purpose of your talk. At the end of the session, provide examples on how your message can add value to your audience's life or perspective.

Muchas veces me cuestione porque me había tocado vivir una vida tan canija, no entendía porque si solo era un niño, ahora lo entiendo, mi historia, mi vida, mi testimonio, ha ayudado a muchísimas personas a perdonar y a salir adelante. Hoy en día he tenido la fortuna de impartir 3 charlas TEDx y con gusto lo volvería a hacer, conecté con ella, con mi fondo, le di forma, me establecí objetivos y me mostré vulnerable arriba del escenario. Tú también puedes hacerlo, se conciso pues el tiempo es poco, aprovéchalo al máximo, deja la data de lado y se más persona, el storytelling es muy poderoso, haz buen uso de él.

As a Tedx speaker - which was very different to the usual speeches I do given it's also strictly timed, I knew that when crafting the story, it had to be relatable to w wider audience. So in order to NOT just make it about my own expertise, I used a Universal experience that everyone would be familiar with - and associated that with the expertise I wanted to share So I used something in the world sphere that my audience would immediately relate to - and evolved the meaning so that my message would land in a way it would be understood - whilst ensuring it inspired me to transform the audience - not just inform them. Using hypothetical questions, humour and stories would allow them to relate it to their own life and experience regardless

D'après mon expérience, le meilleur moyen pour cela est d'avoir recours au storytelling. C'est la meilleure façon de captiver son audience et d'être impactant. Car en utilisant le storytelling, le message est clair, simplifié et l'audience s'identifie à l'histoire et à son narrateur.

D'après mon expérience, il n'y a pas de meilleure moyen d'assurer sa prestation que de répéter encore et encore. C'est à cela que l'on reconnaît un professionnel.

Practice is certainly the key to a successful TedX Talk. One thing I have found useful is in the delivery portion is to start strong and end strong. This will provide a last impression of your message. Useful to practice and rehearse multiple times, and get feedbacks from your peers or mentors. I have found visualisation to be useful in my practice. When I present, it is as though I have been there :-) As in all presentation, be prepared to be agile and adapt based on yr audience's responses and time allocation.

Every word, every pause, every gesture matters. Practice your delivery until it becomes second nature, until your message flows effortlessly from your lips like poetry. But remember, it's not just about perfection; it's about authenticity. Let your passion shine through in every word, every inflection, every movement. D'après mon expérience, la maîtrise de la scène est indispensable. Pour ma part, je m'assure, TEDx ou non, d'arriver plusieurs heures avant pour prendre possession des lieux et prendre mes marques sur la scène.
