Furthermore, assessing current process is considered necessary to identify the pain points that we need to concentrate on improving it with digital solutions. Next, the organization need to select the right technology that match with all company's needs, budget. Then, standardize the process to ensure the consistency and efficiency across the organization.

D'après mon expérience, la conception des outils RH digitaux passe par plusieurs étapes: 1- Identification des activités de la fonction rh qui doivent êtres optimisés pour permettre aux acteurs d'apporter une plus value significative dans l'atteinte des objectifs. 2- Mise en place d'un comité de réflexion élargie avec les autres parties prénantes pour trouver des solutions adaptées aux problématiques de l'organisation. exemple : le département IT. Dans la reflexion collaborative, il est possible de se rendre compte qu'ils existent des points bloquants au niveau des procédures que la digitalisation seule n'est pas en mesure de resoudre. 3- l'amélioration continue.

Organisations are facing a scarcity of talent with critical digital skills – the talent who are executing on digital transformation strategies. And to attract and retain that talent, those sorely needed skillsets must be at the core of every pay and talent strategy.
