The board members must think about their own future learning needs and the learning ability of everyone in the organization in a changing world. Learning brings about the desired changes.

Remember someone can share your vision but have a different idea about how to achieve it.

The offer guaranteed a year of wages regardless of the duration of the work, and it consisted of 10 minimum wages/mo when it could be done by a freelancer for a couple hundreds, none dared.
